2+ mile warmup up to the track and on the track (8 laps).
First 2-mile: 10:19 (5:06/5:13)
one lap recovery
Second 2-mile: 10:22 (5:10/5:12)
one lap recovery
Third 2-mile: 10:22 (5:11/5:11)
2+ mile cooldown (8 laps on the track then back down to Bennett)
Solid. Now...If you can hit 10:19 for the first two miles of the Auto Road....then 10:22 for the 2nd two miles...and then 10:22 for the third two miles... (with 1 hour rest in between each), that would be a pretty solid workout :)....
