Tuesday - 10.05

3:08 PM - pineswamp and back w/ mike and jimmy, quick bathroom break then did it again by myself with a little excursion into willowdale (1:15:01)

Monday - 11.5

3:09 PM - 2 mi. warmup on IHS outdoor track (14:41); 3 x 2-mile w/ 800m recovery (10:41.3/3:50.9/10:34.2/3:54.2/10:34.5/3:54.4); 2 mi. cooldown (14:15)

Sunday - 11.28

1:18 PM - out grove to highland, waldingfield, 1a south to cutler to highland and home w/ a little loop in the grove (1:18:16)

2012 Week 6 (February 5 - 11)

2:44 PM - 16-mile loop through Hamilton, Ipswich, Essex and Wenham (1:46:36)

Friday - 12.43

3:07 PM - 50 laps on the outdoor track, some w/ sarah k.; 10th lap was a 69.3; had to run in and use the bathroom after 22 laps (1:28:16)

Thursday - 11.74

3:15 PM - out back of school and out around neck counter-clockwise plus little neck w/ mike r. and jimmy p. (1:31:57)

Wednesday - 6.22

4:10 PM - ran around at Patton Park and in trails at Devon Glen Farm and Pingree after work (45:00)

Tuesday - 7.67 (this was a little questionable counting the 1+ miles I did on the track at Reggie Lewis before our league meet)

1.37/11:17 on track at reggie w/ tina and suprin

5:11 AM - out and back on morning loop, beautiful morning (6.3/43:53)

Monday - 10.89

3:12 PM - wharf loop warmup (3.72/29:34) w/ zach and jimmy; 4 x mile on outdoor track w/ 809m recovery (5:12.6/4:02.4; 5:19.6/4:08.6; 5:16.5/4:12; 5:03.9/4:04); 1.17 mi. cooldown (8:27) - ok, felt better than last week's workout, didn't really feel capable of going much faster today

1:47 PM - out skinner thru sharon rd to highland, waldingfield, 1a south to asbury st and home, temps in low 30's (59:14)

12:09 PM - nice run, pretty much stuck to 6:30's the whole way, with a couple around 6:20, nice temps (low 40's), little wind, down highland 14-mile loop (1:30:11)

Friday - 5.11

2:22 PM - 1.12 mi. warmup (9:08); 10 x 200m w/ 200m recoveries - 36.2, 34.9, 34.6, 34.2, 35.5, 35.5, 35.3, 35.4, 34.7, 35.1; 1.62 mi. cooldown (13:57)

Thursday - 10.3

3:30 PM - out pineswamp and back w/ mike riddle (4.8/37:47)

5:10 AM - out and back on morning loop, no garmin again, went to end of cedar street and back (5.5/43:30)

Wednesday - 10.8

out to neck and around counter clockwise w/ zach (1:21:11)

Tuesday - 11.65

3:13 PM - 1.5 mi. warmup on outdoor track (12:28), 5 x 1200m w/ 400m recoveries, not all out, just wanted something a little faster (4:01.8/3:53.7/3:53/4:02.8/3:54.1), 1.6 mi. cooldown (12:22)


5:15 AM - out and back on morning loop after trying to fix furnace (3.6/28:53)


Monday - 10.28

3:49 PM - 40 laps on IHS outdoor track plus distance from school to track and back

Sunday - 13.92

2:36 PM - long, slow recovery run; the back of my lower left leg was stiff and sore when I started out, so I stuck mostly to the trails of bradley palmer and willowdale, barely kept the pace under 8:00/mile, achilles was sore from yesterday's race effort and the long run late in the day. (1:46:26)
